David Pearson, MBA

David Pearson is presently Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Iceberg. Prior to founding Iceberg, Mr. Pearson was recruited to Bell Security Solutions Inc. As Director of Strategy and Planning, Mr. Pearson was responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to develop and track a 3-year Business Plan and strategy.

Mr. Pearson was Director of Product Management at Nuvo Network Management, responsible for driving a diverse range of corporate/product initiatives. Mr. Pearson was responsible for driving special initiatives such as developing the US market by establishing key partner relationships, closing beach-head accounts, and initiating the project to achieve ISO-9000 registration.

Mr. Pearson held a variety of technical and leadership positions with Nortel Networks. Mr. Pearson was consistently recognized for the vision and architecture behind significant Information Technology projects supporting large-scale software development processes. Prior to Nortel Mr. Pearson co-founded AE Electronics Ltd. of Richmond, B.C., contributing to all aspects of starting and growing a technology-based business.

Mr. Pearson worked at the University of British Columbia as an Electronics Technologist providing electronic technical consulting to researchers in nuclear and biological sciences. Mr. Pearson holds a Secret clearance for work completed within the Canadian government. Mr. Pearson holds a Certified Engineering Technologist diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He also holds a Masters of Business of Administration from the University of Ottawa.
