Iceberg is an innovative technology management consulting firm providing a focused set of IT services primarily in the North American market.

Innovative:  We have developed a proprietary risk-based approach for decision-making which is applied to all aspects of a client engagement.  In other words, we actively use risk analysis as we work with our clients to deliver solutions for effective governance, risk and  compliance (GRC) management.

Technology:  We are focused on the IT infrastructure - networks, servers, data centres, call centres.  We assist our clients with both developing strategy and tactics for successfully implementing GRC solutions, and deploying those solutions effectively.

Management:  Implementing new risk assessment processes or asset management procedures involves much more than installing new software.  We work with management teams to ensure new processes become embedded in the culture of their organizations, to maximize their benefits.
